2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
¼ c. Hy-Vee raisins
¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee walnuts, toasted
½ c. coleslaw dressing
Napa cabbage leaves, optional

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, apples, raisins and walnuts. Stir in coleslaw dressing. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
  2. If desired, serve in cabbage leaves.
