2 Granny Smith apples, chopped | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee raisins | ||
¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee walnuts, toasted | ||
½ c. coleslaw dressing | ||
Napa cabbage leaves, optional |
Directions
- Combine cabbage, apples, raisins and walnuts. Stir in coleslaw dressing. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
- If desired, serve in cabbage leaves.
