¾ c.reduced-fat salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tbsp.sugar
1 tbsp.cider vinegar
½ tsp.seasoned salt
½ tsp.celery seed
¼ tsp.freshly ground pepper
Salad:
6 c.shredded cabbage (1-1/2 lbs)
1 c.shredded carrots (2 medium)
½ c.chopped green onions (8 medium)
1 c.shredded zucchini (1 small)

Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended.
  2. Add salad ingredients; toss to mix well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
