1 prepared pizza crust | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee refried beans | ||
⅓ head(s) lettuce, shredded | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Colby Jack cheese | ||
1 medium tomato, diced | ||
3 green onions, thinly sliced | ||
1 (2.5 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
Hy-Vee sour cream, for garnish | ||
Hy-Vee Select corn and bean salsa, for garnish |
Directions
- Place pizza crust on a pizza pan or plate.
- Combine cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread over pizza crust.
- Spread refried beans over cream cheese mixture.
- Layer lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives on top.
- Cut into 12 to 16 slices.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on top.
