    3 c. cold water, filtered
    Hy-Vee unsweetened almond milk, or additional cold water, for serving

    • 2 (1-quart each) jars
    • Fine-mesh strainer
    • Coffee filter

    Directions

    1. Add ground coffee to a 1-quart jar. Stir in cold filtered water. Cover and refrigerate 14 to 18 hours.

    2. Pour mixture through a strainer lined with a coffee filter; discard grounds. Transfer strained coffee to a clean 1-quart jar; discard grounds.

    3. Serve over ice diluted with equal amount of almond milk or additional water. Store coffee concentrate, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes about 2-1/3 cups.
