    Cinnamon-sugar, for garnish
    2 oz. DIY Cinnamon Bourbon, or cinnamon whiskey
    2 oz. cold brew coffee
    1 oz. Irish cream liqueur
    ½ oz. butterscotch liqueur

    Things To Grab

    • Martini glass
    • Cocktail shaker
    • Ice

    Directions

    1. Dip the rim of a martini glass in corn syrup and then immediately into cinnamon-sugar. Set aside.

    2. Add DIY Cinnamon Bourbon, cold brew coffee, Irish liqueur, and butterscotch liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well combined and chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass.
