Directions
To make the crust, beat together brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, cereal and salt. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, to make the topping, combine eggs, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt in a medium bowl. Fold in coconut and pecans. Spoon onto prepared crust.
Bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
