    1 ¼ c.Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    2 c.Hy-Vee Frosted Flakes cereal, crushed
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    Topping
    2Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 c.Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee baking powder
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    1 c.Hy-Vee shredded coconut
    1 c.Hy-Vee chopped pecans

    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Electric mixer
    • 2 medium bowls

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. To make the crust, beat together brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, cereal and salt. Press into bottom of prepared pan.

    3. Bake 15 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, to make the topping, combine eggs, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt in a medium bowl. Fold in coconut and pecans. Spoon onto prepared crust.

    5. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
