½ c. Hy-Vee unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee raisins

½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk, almond milk, raisins, maple syrup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until most of the coconut milk has been absorbed.

  2. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
