1 | medium orange, peeled and sectioned | |
2 | ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced | |
1 c. | sliced strawberries | |
1 c. | fresh cut- up pineapple |
Directions
- Combine sour cream, coconut milk, lime juice and brown sugar in a small bowl, mixing until smooth; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add coconut-lime mixture and lightly toss to coat all fruit.
