1 c. coconut milk
1 c. uncooked orzo
¼ c. chopped red onion
¼ c. macadamia nuts, toasted and roughly chopped
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee cracked sea salt

Directions

  1. Bring water and milk to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in orzo and onion. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Combine cooked orzo, nuts and salt in serving bowl. Serve warm.
