    3 (1-oz. each) pouches Hy-Vee rich chocolate flavor hot cocoa mix
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee salted butter, softened
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee marshmallow creme
    Marshmallow bits, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine heavy cream and cocoa mix in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer; remove from heat and cool completely.

    2. Beat softened butter for 30 seconds with an electric mixer. Beat in powdered sugar, cocoa mixture, and marshmallow creme until light and fluffy. Top cupcakes, cakes, and other baked goods with frosting as desired. Garnish with marshmallow bits, if desired.
