|1 c.||Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|5 c.||water, divided|
|6||Sunkist organic lemons, plus additional sliced lemons for garnish|
|Fresh mint, for garnish|

- Small saucepan
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water until the sugar is dissolved completely.
- While the sugar is dissolving, juice lemons, enough to make one cup juice.
Add the juice and the sugar water to a pitcher. Add remaining 4 cups of water and refrigerate until chilled. If lemonade is too sweet, add a little more lemon juice to taste. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and mint, if desired.
