    ½ head iceberg lettuce
    6 slices Hy-Vee reduced-sodium bacon
    8 slices Hy-Vee white bread
    4 tsp. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise, divided
    1 large tomato, sliced and divided

    Directions

    1. Loosely tear lettuce leaves. Rinse and dry well.
    2. Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6 minutes, or until it reaches desired doneness. Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel. Once cool, break pieces in half.
    3. Meanwhile, toast the bread.
    4. To assemble sandwiches, spread 1 teaspoon mayonnaise on a slice of toasted bread. Top with lettuce, tomato, 3 half strips of bacon and another slice of bread. Repeat for remaining 3 sandwiches.
