    1 c.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1(3.5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee vanilla instant pudding
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee baking soda
    ¾ tsp.Hy-Vee baking powder
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¾ c.Hy-Vee vanilla soymilk
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee applesauce
    1Hy-Vee large egg, beaten
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    c.Hy-Vee raisins
    1Hy-Vee cinnamon graham cracker, finely crushed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Mix flour, sugar, pudding, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    3. Combine soymilk, oil, applesauce, egg and vanilla in a separate bowl. Stir into flour mixture until smooth. Fold in raisins.
    4. Pour into a greased 5-by-9-inch loaf pan.
    5. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
    6. Bake for another 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
