    12 oz. firm tofu, drained
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix well. Refrigerate until well-chilled. Serve over lettuce salad or as a dip for fresh fruit.
