    1(5.3 oz) container Dannon Oikos vanilla Greek yogurt
    ½ c.fresh or frozen berries – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.
    ½ c.Kashi Go Lean Crisp! Cinnamon Crumble cereal

    Directions

    1. Stir chia seed into Greek yogurt.
    2. In a one pint jar or parfait glass, alternately layer yogurt, fruit and cereal. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
