    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 ½ oz. Captain Morgan spiced rum
    2 oz. fresh lime juice
    4 oz. Hy-Vee no-sugar-added 100% pineapple juice
    4 oz. Hy-Vee club soda
    Pineapple chunks, for serving

    Directions

    1. Place cilantro and sugar in a 14-oz. jar. Muddle until sugar is dissolved. Add rum and lime juice. Top with pineapple juice. Just before serving, fill with ice, pour in club soda, and garnish with additional cilantro and pineapple chunks, if desired.
