¼ c. low-sugar apricot preserves | ||
1 tsp. apple pie spice |
Directions
- Combine apples and water in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
- Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until apples are tender. Stir twice throughout cooking time.
- Combine cooked apples, preserves and apple pie spice and mix with electric mixer until desired consistency.
- Serve warm or refrigerate overnight.
