Chunky Artichoke Salsa with Baked Pita Chips
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (6.5 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts|
|¼ c. pitted ripe olives, chopped|
|2 tbsp. red onion, chopped|
|3 medium plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped|
|1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped|
|2 fresh basil leaves, shredded|
|salt and ground black pepper, to taste|
|pita chips, for serving|
- Combine artichokes with marinade, olives, onions, tomatoes and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve salsa with pita chips.
