1 (6.5 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
¼ c. pitted ripe olives, chopped
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped
3 medium plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
2 fresh basil leaves, shredded
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
pita chips, for serving


  1. Combine artichokes with marinade, olives, onions, tomatoes and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in basil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve salsa with pita chips.
