| ¼ c. pomegranate seeds | ||
| 2 oz. UV Cake vodka | ||
| 1 ½ oz. pomegranate juice | ||
| Ice | ||
| Seltzer water | ||
| Rosemary, for garnish |
Directions
- In a small bowl, muddle pomegranate seeds, releasing the fruit's juices.
- Combine vodka and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Add muddled pomegranate mixture to cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with seltzer. Garnish with rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
