    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    Hy-Vee ground nutmeg
    2 c. Hy-Vee old fashioned pancake and waffle mix
    1 banana, chopped

      1. Combine milk, eggs, oil and nutmeg. Whisk in pancake mix. Fold in bananas.

      2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
