    This high-protein drink has a refreshing milkshake flavor. Almond milk, a plant-based alternative to traditional dairy milk, contains plenty of B vitamins, such as iron and riboflavin, both important for muscle growth and healing.

    1 ½ c. fresh raspberries
    ½ tbsp. agave nectar
    1 scoop Hy-Vee 100% whey chocolate protein powder
    1 c. ice cubes
    Chocolate shavings, for garnish

    Directions

    1. In a blender, combine almond milk, raspberries, agave nectar, protein powder and ice. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour into glasses. If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings.
