Chocolate Obsession Fondue
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c. Hy-Vee half-and-half
|1 c. Hy-Vee milk chocolate chips
|1 c. Hy-Vee butterscotch chips
|1 c. fresh or canned pineapple chunks, for serving
|1 c. strawberries, for serving
|1 whole banana, sliced 3/4-inch thick, for serving
|1 prepared pound cake, cut into 1-inch cubes, for serving
- Combine half-and-half, milk chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat until chips are melted and mixture becomes smooth, stirring often. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
- Serve with pineapple chunks, strawberries, sliced banana or pound cake, if desired.
