Chocolate Mud Slide Bread Pudding

|1 (1 pound) loaf Wonder day-old cinnamon raisin bread, cubed|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground nutmeg|
|1 (3.5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee chocolate instant pudding|
|3 Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee butter, melted|
|1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk|
|1 c. Hy-Vee peanut butter chips|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine bread cubes, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and chocolate pudding in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, butter and milk. Add to dry mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Pour into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
