Chocolate Ice Cream Pie
Servings and Ingredients
|2 c. milk|
|2 (3 oz each) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix|
|2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened|
|1 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping|
|1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust|
|additional thawed Cool Whip, optional|
- Beat together milk and pudding mix until thickened. Stir in ice cream. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread in the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate several hours before serving. Top with a dollop of Cool Whip at serving time, if desired.
