⅓ c. Hy-Vee half-and-half | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 (12 oz) pkg Hershey's milk chocolate chips | ||
2 tbsp. Amaretto, optional | ||
For dipping: red grapes, pineapple, Clementine segments, banana chunks and cherries |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, heat half-and-half and skim milk over medium high heat.
- Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Add Amaretto if desired.
- Pour mixture into a fondue pot. Place over fondue burner set on low. With fondue forks or long skewers, dip fruit into chocolate mixture.
