    1 (7-inch) The Cheesecake Factory Bakery 6-inch original cheesecake
    1 ½ oz. 60% cacao dark chocolate, chopped
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream
    Mixed fresh berries, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Place cheesecake on a wire cooling rack. Place chocolate in a medium bowl; set aside. Heat heavy whipping cream in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot (do not boil). Pour hot cream over chocolate and whisk until smooth and combined. 

    2. Immediately pour mixture on cheesecake. Gently spread chocolate, using an off-set spatula, allowing excess to cover sides and drip off cheesecake. If desired, top with fresh berries. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
