    12 oz.semisweet chocolate chips
    16 oz.caramel corn
    2 c.unsalted peanuts

    Directions

    1. Line two baking sheets with waxed paper. Place semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on 50 percent power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave on 50 percent power for 2 or 3 more minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted and smooth.
    2. Toss together caramel corn and unsalted peanuts on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with melted chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon to coat. If desired, sprinkle with Hy-Vee kosher salt. Let stand for 5 minutes or until chocolate sets up.
