Chocolate-Drizzled Caramel Corn

Directions
- Line two baking sheets with waxed paper. Place semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on 50 percent power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave on 50 percent power for 2 or 3 more minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Toss together caramel corn and unsalted peanuts on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with melted chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon to coat. If desired, sprinkle with Hy-Vee kosher salt. Let stand for 5 minutes or until chocolate sets up.
