Chocolate-Dipped Treats for Valentine's Day (Get Cooking)
Servings and Ingredients
|2 (10 oz each) bags 60% dark chocolate chips|
|Assorted dippers, such as green apple wedges, pineapple spears, kiwi wedges, dried apricots and/or mango, fresh berries, cumin cayenne spiced sweet potato chips, marshmallow treats, cooked bacon|
- Using a double boiler or in the microwave on 50% power, slowly melt dark chocolate chips until smooth, without overheating.
- Dip foods of choice in the chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to set, about 10 minutes.
