    1 ⅓ c. water
    ½ c. Hy-Vee mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

      1. Combine mix and water. Stir in chocolate chips.
      2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Turn only once.
