    1 c.Hy-Vee margarine, softened
    1 c.Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 c.packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee vanilla
    2Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 c.Hy-Vee flour
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee baking powder
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 ½ c.uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats
    1(12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 ½ c.Hy-Vee wheat flakes cereal

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together margarine and sugars until creamy. Mix in vanilla and eggs.
    3. Blend in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and cereal.
    4. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    6. Move cookies onto wire racks to cool.
