1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 (18.4 oz) pkg Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake mix
3 eggs
6 tbsp. margarine
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. chocolate chips
½ c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine cherry pie filling, cake mix and eggs. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Bring margarine, milk and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows. Beat by hand until creamy. Spread on cooled cake.
