Preheat grill to medium heat for direct cooking.

|1 (7-oz.) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee honey|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee salted butter, softened|
|4 ear(s) sweet corn|
|4 green onions, finely diced|

Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine chipotle peppers in sauce, honey, and softened butter; set aside. Cut sweet corn in half and in half again.
Brush each piece with sauce. Place corn over direct heat with husks away from the fire. Grill 8 to 12 minutes, turning and brushing every 2 to 3 minutes with additional sauce until browned on all sides.
Remove from grill; brush with additional chipotle butter and garnish with green onions.
