|4 lbs.||boneless country style beef ribs|
|Hy-Vee sea salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee Hickory House chipotle cowboy BBQ sauce, divided|
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Season ribs with salt and black pepper. Set ribs in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Remove foil and carefully drain off any liquid from baking sheet. Discard liquid. Brush ribs with half the barbecue sauce.
- Bake 30 to 60 minutes more, or until meat is tender. Brush ribs with remaining sauce before serving.
