    4 lbs. boneless country style beef ribs
    Hy-Vee sea salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Hickory House chipotle cowboy BBQ sauce, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. Season ribs with salt and black pepper. Set ribs in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
    3. Remove foil and carefully drain off any liquid from baking sheet. Discard liquid. Brush ribs with half the barbecue sauce.
    4. Bake 30 to 60 minutes more, or until meat is tender. Brush ribs with remaining sauce before serving.
