    Cucumber slices topped with anything are a pretty standard appetizer, but these guys actually make a really healthy snack between meals.

    1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 ½ tsp. chopped fresh dill
    1 ½ tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. celery salt
    16 (26 to 30 ct) shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked

      Directions

      1. Cut ends off cucumbers. Slice each cucumber into 8 even pieces. Using a melon baller, remove seeds to create a cup out of each slice of cucumber; set aside.
      2. Combine sour cream, dill, onion powder and celery salt. Spoon evenly into each cucumber cup. Top each with shrimp.
