12 chicken wings (about 3 pounds) | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee butter | ||
1 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
¾ c. water | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard |
Directions
- Arrange wings in a shallow baking pan; set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, water and mustard until butter melts. Let cool slightly.
- Pour sauce over wings; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours, turning pieces occasionally.
