    1 c. plain Greek yogurt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    ½ tsp. dill
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    Chicken Wraps
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 piece(s) Tyson air-fried chicken nuggets, or Tyson simply roasted chicken breast strips
    ¼ c. shredded 2% Colby jack cheese, optional
    ¼ c. shredded carrots, optional

    Things To Grab

    • Medium bowl
    • Microwave safe plate

    Directions

    1. For dressing: Combine yogurt, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, slat, and pepper in medium bowl. 

    2. For wraps: Place chicken on microwave safe plate and microwave on HIGH for 1½ minutes. 

    3. Place lettuce on plate; add 1 piece of chicken per lettuce leaf. Add 1 tablespoon carrots and 1 tablespoon cheese, if desired. Top with ranch dressing. Gently fold and wrap. Repeat for the second wrap.
