½ c. Hy-Vee egg noodles, dry
1 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded
½ c. Hy-Vee frozen sweet peas
½ c. frozen shelled edamame
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine chicken broth, chopped carrots, and black pepper in a large saucepan. Bring to boiling; add egg noodles and cook 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken, frozen peas, frozen edamame, and dried thyme. Cook 10 minutes or until noodles are tender and vegetables are heated through. garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
