    1 (21 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen lo mein vegetable stir-fry mix
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee chicken broth
    1 (6 oz) pkg fully cooked chicken breast cuts
    1 c. Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with juice

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, combine the frozen vegetable stir-fry mix, chicken broth, chicken and diced tomatoes with juice.
    2. Heat on high to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    3. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
