    1. Cook noodles according to package directions; reserve seasoning packet for another use. Add snow peas and carrots halfway through cooking. Remove from heat; stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, hoisin sauce, and water. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with crushed red pepper, if desired.
