|4||(12-inch long) bamboo skewers|
|½ lbs.||Hy-Vee Cool Chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|1||medium zucchini, cut in 1-inch slices and quartered|
|1||medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces|
|1||large red pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee Italian dressing|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
|1||(8.8 oz) pkg Uncle Ben's Ready Rice long grain and wild rice, cooked|

- Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Prepare a stove-top grill pan to medium-hot heat.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, onion, red pepper and Italian dressing. Thread chicken and vegetable pieces onto skewers. On grill pan, cook until done, about 8 to 10 minutes, turning often. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with prepared rice.
