    1 (9 oz) pkg Tyson fully cooked chicken breast strips, thawed
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee garden vegetable cream cheese spread, divided
    1 large red pepper, diced
    ¾ c. Dean's guacamole dip
    4 (8-inch) Hy-Vee soft flour tortillas

    Directions

    1. Combine chicken, 1/4 cup cream cheese, red pepper and guacamole dip in a large bowl.
    2. Evenly spread remaining 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each tortilla.
    3. Place 1/2 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
    4. Fold in both sides of tortilla to meet in the center and roll up tortilla tightly.
    5. Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    6. Before serving, remove plastic wrap and cut each into 6 pieces.
