    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    1 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
    ¾ c. reduced-fat classic Caesar dressing, divided
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 (10 oz each) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Caesar-flavored croutons

    Directions

    1. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken. Cook about 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup dressing. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through.
    2. In a large bowl, toss together chicken, remaining 1/2 cup dressing, cheese, lettuce and croutons.
