    2 Hy-Vee Bakery plain bagels, split
    ½ c. Hy-Vee pizza sauce, divided
    Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    1 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded, (5-oz.)
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts tricolored bell peppers

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Place bagel halves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil 4-inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.

    2. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on cut side of each bagel half; sprinkle with crushed red pepper. Top each half with 1/4 cup chicken, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons bell peppers. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with additional crushed red pepper, if desired.
