Servings and Ingredients
|½ chicken breast|
|1 Cameo apple, peeled, cored and diced|
|½ c. plus 1 tsp water, divided|
|¼ c. mashed sweet potato, at room temperature|
- Poach chicken breast in a few inches of water until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Chop chicken breast into small pieces.
- Microwave apple and 1 tsp. water on HIGH until apple is very soft, about 2 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Combine chopped chicken breast, apple, sweet potato and 1/2 cup water in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
