    6 c. spinach leaves
    1 (10 oz) pkg fully-cooked chicken breast strips
    3 peaches, pitted and sliced
    3 plums, pitted and sliced
    ½ c. diced red onion
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee honey

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, chicken, peaches, plums and red onion. Set aside.
    2. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine olive oil, vinegar, mustard and honey. Screw lid on jar and shake to blend.
    3. Drizzle dressing evenly over salad before serving.
