    1 ½ lbs.chicken breast
    2 bunch(es)broccoli, cut in bite-sized pieces
    ½ c.sliced red onion
    1 clove(s)garlic, minced
    ½ tsp.dry dill weed
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 c.sour cream
    1 c.salad dressing
    1 c.red grapes
    1 c.chopped walnuts
    chopped greens

    Directions

    1. Roast or poach chicken breasts. Cool and slice.
    2. Steam broccoli for about 2 minutes, or until broccoli turns bright green.
    3. Combine chicken, broccoli, onion, garlic, dill weed, salt, pepper, sour cream, salad dressing, grapes and walnuts in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
    4. Serve chicken salad on top of chopped greens.
