Chewy Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Bars

1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat creamy peanut butter | ||
6 c. Kashi Golden Goodness cereal | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee semi-sweet chocolate chips | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee butterscotch chips |
Directions
- In a large pot, heat agave nectar, sugar and peanut butter over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture just begins to boil.
- Remove from heat; stir in cereal.
- Press mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
- Heat chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Spread evenly over cereal mixture; let stand until firm.
