2 large Fuji apples, cored, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 c. pitted sweet cherries
½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
½ c. Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted
¼ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise
¼ c. Daisy light sour cream
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee salt

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
  2. Stir in celery, cherries, cranberries and almonds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and salt until well blended. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
